The FORT System comprises several modules, all utilizing WSN's proprietary technology. WSN has integrated its own experience with business process, direct wine sales and IT management into a system specifically designed for wineries and wine marketers. We continually develop and test new technologies and incorporate them into our standard offering.

Our comprehensive administration suite for order management includes:

Shopping Cart & Storefront administration

  • Easy to navigate online catalog for products, including description and prices, and bread-crumb links

  • Routing: System will route orders to designated fulfiller (pick-and-packer) based on product, destination, compliance and available inventory 
  • Fully integrated merchant processor with gateway enabling easy adjustments and credits to customer accounts
  • Robust sales tax table allows for automatic state-specific sales tax calculations for intrastate, reciprocal and non-reciprocal shipments
  • Dynamic shipping cost engine: Calculate shipping charges by zone, by actual courier rate, or create your own ship group with fixed or variable rates.
  • Pending/historical customer order status page, with order detail drill-down
  • Copy-product functionality makes it easy to add several like-items
  • Optional non-reciprocal order handling – filters and routes non-reciprocal orders to WorldShipNet for delivery (requires registration in WorldShipNet)
